Before You Type Anything

Signing in here works differently from most apps. Your account was saved inside the browser you used to make it, not on a server. So the form can only find it if you are on that same device and in that same browser right now.

  • Made the account in Chrome? Open this page in Chrome, not in Firefox or Samsung Internet.
  • Opened the site from a link inside a chat app? That app’s built-in browser keeps its own separate storage.
  • Switched to a new phone? The old account stays on the old phone and cannot be moved across.

Usernames use lowercase letters, numbers and underscores only. If your phone keyboard capitalises the first letter, that is fine: the form turns it into lowercase for you.

If the Password Is Gone

No one can reset it, and that includes this site. The password is never stored as text, only as a scrambled hash inside your browser, so there is nothing to look up and nothing to send you. Instead, open a fresh practice account. You get 8,000 practice coins again, exactly as before, and the "Restore coins" button tops you back up to 8,000 whenever you need.

Accounts Made in Private Mode

Private or incognito windows wipe everything when they close. An account created in one is gone as soon as the window shuts, and clearing this site’s stored data has the same result. To keep your account, sign up in an ordinary browser window. What is stored, and how to remove it, is set out in the site privacy policy.

Keep Your Account to Yourself

On a phone that other people in the family also use, a few small habits keep your practice account private.

  • Tap "Sign out" when you finish, so the next person does not land in your account.
  • Do not let the browser save your game password on a shared device.
  • Pick a password you do not use for email, banking or UPI apps.
  • Never read your password out to anyone. No genuine helper ever needs it.

Signing out does not delete anything. Your coins, badge and history stay in the browser until you sign in again.

More Help With Signing In

The 6E Club login troubleshooting guide takes you from the error you see to the likely cause and the fix. For other game problems, try the self-help fix list.

Remember that signing in here never needs an OTP, a phone number or a payment. A page or message that asks for one of those is not this site. You can also head back to the 6E Club guide front page to browse other topics.
